HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PIN

If you’ve misplaced or forgotten your existing PIN you can change this via Internet Banking or the Mobile Banking App.

Here are some tips:

  • Don’t choose a number that’s easy for someone to guess. Avoid repeating characters (like 9999) or digits in sequence (like 1234) and characters based on your birth date, driver’s licence or phone numbers.
  • Choose something unique to you. Choose something easy for you to remember but hard for anyone else to guess.
  • Protect it. After creating a memorable and secure PIN, it’s important to protect it. Don’t write your PIN down and don’t share your PIN with anyone. If you feel your PIN has been compromised, notify us immediately.
