Australian Military Bank Annual General Meeting 2024 - Results

Australian Military Bank’s 65th Annual General Meeting was held on Monday 11 November 2024 in Sydney and via live audio cast with 78 in attendance.
 
Four resolutions were carried by members and their proxies at the meeting. These resolutions were:

1. Elected Directors’ Remuneration – Approval was given for the maximum aggregate remuneration of the Elected Directors to be $521,112 per financial year commencing in the current financial year ending 30 June 2025.
2. Election of Jodie Hampshire – Jodie Hampshire was elected as a Director by members.
3. Re-election of Michael Crane – Michael Crane was re-elected as a Director by members.
4. Re-election of Sean Fitzgerald – Sean Fitzgerald was re-elected as a Director by members.
